The program offers unparalleled access to the knowledge pool of our Executive Leadership Team, Global Leaders, and Trainees across regions. Paired with a dedicated mentor before the program begins, you’ll receive personalized guidance as you integrate into the organization.

 

Initial placements span areas like Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Product Innovation, Customer Experience, Finance, and People.

Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics

Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and optimize the supply chain.

Finance

Analyze financial data, create reports, and forecast revenue and expenses. Assist in budgeting and identifying cost-saving opportunities, to support business growth.

Sales & Marketing

Conduct market analysis, create compelling marketing content, and coordinate promotional campaigns. Learn how to manage client relationships and implement sales strategies.

Customer Experience

Work on customer-facing tasks that involve understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring positive experiences. Support the delivery of high-quality service at every customer touchpoint.

Anticipated graduation date no later than June 2025 and no more than two years prior with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
